DSA provided overall project management from site selection through T.I. construction and move management of 100 staff.
CHALLENGES
Building shell was still in design phase at start of T.I. design.
DSA provided intensive coordination between T.I. and Shell teams, taking advantage of design and construction efficiencies. Project completed on time and under budget.

Regional Headquarters & Data Center.
DSA’s scope included budget management, design and construction coordination, client decision support, furniture systems & data cabling coordination, signage and move management of approx. 200 staff.
CHALLENGES
Fast-track project with limited budget. DSA coordinated local project team, client management and out-of-state oversight group.
Two-day move included “live” cutover of all network and telecom infrastructure for regional call center. All business operations fully functional on first day of occupancy.

DSA provided overall project management including site evaluation, programming, design and construction management, FF&E coordination, data center construction and move management of over 250 staff.
CHALLENGES
Complex, multi-phased project involving consolidation of several offices and data centers. Changing business requirements drove several revisions to project scope, schedule and budget. DSA coordinated multiple project changes with all major milestones achieved on time and on budget.
Multiple live data center moves fully operational on first day of occupancy.
