The DSA team is experienced, highly trained and motivated. We work within our means, and match our Project Managers to each unique project and client ensuring that the right resource is applied to the job. We work collaboratively, strive to have fun in our work, and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Your DSA Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of our services, and gives you a clear line of communication and accountability. The PM is the go-to person whom you can count on to get the job done. Behind the scenes, the DSA team assists the PM as required to ensure that your needs are met.
SPECIALTY CONSULTANTS:
When a situation calls for specialized skills beyond our scope, DSA can procure any outside specialty trades for the client. These specialty consultants mutually deemed necessary to the project. We can draw upon our experience and purchasing power to procure the right resources at the most competitive rates. All consultants contract directly with the client with no DSA markup.

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Doug is the Founder and President of Doug Swan Associates, Inc. and is a central participant in all DSA activities. With over 17 years of experience, Doug is proficient in facilities and construction project management, move management, logistics and facilities operations, and he possesses a thorough understanding of phone / data systems migration, construction, furniture systems, cabling infrastructure and security systems. His work includes general office, legal, high-tech, mixed-use, clinical & lab, medical office and data centers, and he has a proven track record of success on large, complex, multi-phased projects.
Doug excels in complex, fast track situations and brings strong technical, analytical, organizational and team coordination skills to his work. As President of DSA, Doug personifies our commitment to integrity, follow-through and customer satisfaction.

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Patty Iverson has extensive experience in Project Management for a wide range of commercial, municipal, and residential clients. She has overseen the successful completion of general construction, tenant improvement, and municipal public works projects. She has also developed numerous residential projects as a General Contractor.
Patty has built a strong history of successfully managing complex, fast track projects for a diverse client base. She excels in the areas of logistics, planning, construction and move management. Prior to joining Doug Swan Associates, Patty was a Project Management Consultant in Northern California.
